About us

Our mission is to create an environment for men and women of all ages to feel confident to share their personal stories, symptoms and pelvic health goals.

With our extensive experience, we will thoroughly assess your condition using various assessment strategies including: pelvic floor examinations and external ultrasound assessments of the pelvic floor. Our treatment strategies are tailored around what you want to achieve. We will provide education about your condition and create an evidence-based personalised program that fits into your lifestyle.

Our vision is to help you achieve your pelvic goals and equip you with the right strategies to maintain your improvements through sustainable lifestyle changes.

No one should have to feel like they are dealing with their bladder, bowel or pelvic symptoms alone.

We’re here to journey with you, every step of the way towards achieving your best pelvic health.

Vicki holds a post graduate certificate in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and has developed extensive experience working in pelvic health physiotherapy in both the private and public settings over many years.

Creating a safe environment for her clients to feel comfortable to work on their difficulties is something that Vicki is extremely passionate about. She understands the sensitivity of the topics her clients are experiencing and is dedicated to make them feel listened to, supported and empowered for a positive change.

Vicki has journeyed with many women of all ages who have presented with various pelvic health conditions ranging from bladder and bowel leakage, constipation and prolapse. She has also developed expert clinical skills in men’s health - supporting men with pelvic pain, erectile dysfunction and pre and post prostate surgery. Vicki is particularly interested in pelvic and sexual pain and loves motivating clients with research-based education and tailored treatment plans.

Facilitating pre and post-natal education classes and helping women in their pregnancies through to their post-partum period in outpatient clinics are also areas that Vicki has extensive experience and knowledge in. Having had a baby recently, Vicki knows first-hand how important it is for women to feel confident to return to their pre-pregnancy activities.

Outside of Advance Pelvic health, Vicki enjoys spending time with her husband and chasing after their little boy, keeping active at the gym, running and taking care of her plant babies.
